Both my son and I had an amazing experience. I was working out 1 on 1 and even though weight lifting is not my favorite.... I was very consistent and Trail was truly the best...especially legs and butt ; ). He also helped me with my shoulder injury. He actually also worked with my teenage son and not only inspired him to get in shape but my son now still weight lifts and loves it. Trail also not only helped him find basketball which decreased his gaming but even got him into a sport (basketball) on the highschool team after only playing for a few months. I cannot thank him enough for being such an amazing inspiration to our family. We moved away but when we are in town we still try to make time to train with such a gem!!!

Trail was able to customize my workouts specifically for post partum c-section. He is very familiar with what is allowed and what should be done to strengthen pelvic core muscles. He helped me slowly gain my strength and muscle back in my core, legs and glutes. After several months of training with Trail I was able to run long distance and lift heavier weight. Now that I am almost two years post partum, Trail has customized my strength training specifically for my running and prevention of knee injuries. I run 20+miles a week. Trail focuses on the needs of the client. He takes consideration of previous injuries and fears. He is also patient, reliable and very knowledgable. I highly recommend Trail especially to those mommas who are trying to get back in shape.

I never wanted to workout with trainers because I felt intimidated, but I gave training with Trail a try and he made that fear go away. He was easy to communicate with and made me feel really comfortable. Trail is committed to his clients and wants us to win! He writes goals with me and creates plans to help me meet my health goals. He makes sure my workouts are challenging and work all my muscles. Trail helps me find strength to stay committed to myself even when I’m not feeling my best or tired. I’ve been training with him now for about five years and he is always a pleasure to train with. If you want results, train with Trail!
