- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may charge more depending on travel or distance. But most likely it’s a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation first to get background and athletic history. I also want to know about previous injuries, etc. Then taking measurements, weight, body fat, etc., so we have a staring point. Then devising a customized plan based on schedule, goals, limitations, etc. Then we execute. Tracking progress and communication are key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a Trainer in several areas of Fitness. I am a certified Nutritionist. I have 20 years experience in fitness instruction and I have worked with over 1,000 individuals to date both in person (one on one & group fitness) and online.
