- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with a consultation on the phone or in person to discuss goals and past injuries. Then I provide an assessment of what we can achieve together and then I put together a comprehensive workout plan to get the desired results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Finding his calling in football and track, Jonathan learned to train hard and smart becoming the second team All-American Running Back JC. He moved on to professional football in the U.S. and Europe where he received multiple rushing and scoring records and titles. During these pursuits, Jonathan trained under NFL and SAC International speed coach, Charlie Parker, and Olympic sprinting and hurdling coach, Brent McFarlane, and was a class instructor at Barry’s Boot Camp. He also has experience coaching football as an offensive coordinator and running coach at championship level. Jonathan pursued mixed martial arts training, specifically Jiu Jitsu Black belt with the world famous Gracie family, Muay Thai, training at the world famous Fairtex Gym in Pattaya, Thailand and Tiger Muay Thai in Phuket, Thailand. He trained in Krav Maga, receiving his black belt at the Alliance world headquarters. He has trained with countless MMA, Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing greats. Some accomplishments include: undefeated kickboxing record, the Gold Medal at the Pan-Am International Jiu Jitsu Tournament, the Gold Medal at the Southern California Pankration Tournament, the Gold Medal at the Worlds International Jiu Jitsu Championship, and multiple United States Fighting League national titles.
