- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a range of coaching packages to suit different needs and budgets. My programs start at $1,800 and go up to $50,000, depending on the level of service and support you require. All of my packages come with a results guarantee — if you don’t reach your goals, I’ll continue coaching you for free until you do. I occasionally offer discounts for longer-term commitments or group coaching sessions. There are no hidden fees, and the pricing is transparent from the beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start with a 30-minute consultation where I assess your goals, lifestyle, and challenges. This helps me create a fully customized plan tailored to your needs. Once we agree to move forward, I’ll provide a detailed outline of your fitness, nutrition, and mindset strategies. You’ll have ongoing support, whether through one-on-one coaching or group sessions, with regular check-ins to adjust your plan as needed and ensure you're progressing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a premed student, which has provided me with in-depth knowledge of biochemistry, nutritional science, and psychology. I’ve also spent over a decade coaching, helping transform over 1,000 clients’ lives. In addition, I’ve consulted for organizations like the YMCA, helping their CEO and C-suite staff achieve their fitness and health goals. My work is grounded in both academic knowledge and real-world experience.
