*Single session from Thumbtack can apply to a two-month package!* Dharma means "Soul Purpose" in Sanskrit, a word from ancient India. As a Dharma coach, I will be coaching you in finding and living your soul's purpose. While this may sound like a very broad topic (and in some ways it is), your dharma can be as simple as how you show up in your everyday life, in different areas of your life. It could be within your career, your passions, your creative ventures, as well as in your relationships, your self-care, your finances, spirituality. and so much more! I describe Dharma coaching as a mix of life coaching + career coaching + spiritual coaching. Your soul purpose may or may not be in your career (although the way you show up in your job can be part of your dharma). The spiritual component will vary depending on the client. I am currently in a Dharma Coaching certification program with the Highest Self Institute, founded by Sahara Rose, for the Fall season of 2024. I will become certified in March 2025. Currently, I am offering lower than average rates until I complete my certification. I have completed 50+ hours of coaching with 25+ different clients. My coaching style is both intuitive and transformational, with practical tools you can implement in between sessions. During sessions, we will use various coaching methods as well as frameworks from my certification program, called the Dharma Discovery Method. We will bring in different tools such as meditation, movement, somatics, and breathwork to aid in our sessions. This work is incredibly profound, and the feedback I've received from clients has shown tremendous shifts and transformations in mindset and clarity. I have posted my rates and graphics below, you can see with testimonials and samples of my work. *A single session will go towards the cost of a package. *Please note that I am a *very* small one-person business. Rebecca is just like a Spiritual Therapist to me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Two-month Packages (Available January through March 2025) Virtual 60-minute sessions: ● 8 weekly sessions for $520 -Sessions are stackable to create a 2-hour session. ● 4 bi-weekly virtual sessions for $280 -Sessions are not stackable. *Single sessions are $80/hour. Your first single session can apply to the cost of a package.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a 15-minute discovery call over the phone, to determine if we'll be a good fit working together. From there we can proceed with scheduling sessions and payment. Virtual sessions are on Google Meet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently I am in a certification program with Dharma Coaching Institute/Highest Self Institute, a premier Spiritual certification program. It includes training in the Dharma Discovery method, somatics, meditation, breathwork, and much more. I've now coached over 50+ hours and over 25+ clients. I am also incorporating my years of background in movement, fitness, dance, meditation, and life experience. When you are living your dharma, all of your life's experience contribute to the work you do; and I am no exception!
