Dharma means "Soul Purpose" in Sanskrit, a word from ancient India. As a Dharma coach, I will be coaching you in finding and living your soul's purpose. While this may sound like a very broad topic (and in some ways it is), your dharma can be as simple as how you show up in your everyday life, in different areas of your life. It could be within your career, your passions, your creative ventures, as well as in your relationships, your self-care, your finances, spirituality. and so much more! I describe Dharma coaching as a mix of life coaching + career coaching + spiritual coaching. Your soul purpose may or may not be in your career (although the way you show up in your job can be part of your dharma). The spiritual component will vary depending on the client. I am currently in a Dharma Coaching certification program with the Highest Self Institute, founded by Sahara Rose, for the Fall season of 2024. I will become certified in March 2025. Currently, I am offering very low rates for coaching, and they will increase progressively towards my certification. I have coached 35+ practice hours of coaching with 20+ different clients. My coaching style is both intuitive and transformational, with practical tools you can implement in between sessions. During sessions, we will bring in different tools from my own background, as well as frameworks from my certification program, called the Dharma Discovery Method. This work is incredibly profound, and the feedback I've received from clients has shown great shifts in mindset and clarity.
