Hi. My name is Oleg. I'm from Ukraine. If you really want to see and try what is Ukrainian style workout - I'm here!!! I've been doing boxing for 18 years. Have master degree education, 3 rd place at European championship and was fighting in World Series of Boxing (WSB) , and more than 200 amateur fights. Started my professional career at 2016. I can help you with diet, nutrition, improve your boxing technique and share my knowledges what I've got for 18 years. Loose weight? No problem. Gain weight - no problem. O.Z HE is quite simply the best personal trainer in los angeles, I spent cooples moths training with O.Z from the Fall of 2019 to the Summer of 2022 During that time I was able to lose over 50 pounds and decrease my body fat percentage to around 15%. I am currently in the best shape of my life.

Oleg is a true professional, he’ll teach you basics if you’re a begginer and help you to improve if you’re advanced. I also prefer someone who proved himself in tournaments which he certainly did.
