I don’t teach fitness boxing (or “boxercise”), where the number of punches thrown is the name of the game. Instead, I teach real boxing, where the defensive skills are a big part of the game.
When offense and defense come together, you will see the artistic part of boxing. You will see the depth of boxing. And I guarantee you see it.
