I do automated scheduling online via my website I offer: 1on1 60 min personal training sessions at my fitness studio in Inglewood, Ca. I use both traditional weight training and plyometrics to provide the optimal workout. I create personalized regiments for foundational strength, toning, improved sports performance, weight loss, speed, agility, and an overall healthy lifestyle. New clients start out with a consultation where I assess your fitness level and create a program to fit your goals. Confession: I did the vertimax routine a couple months ago and I didn't walk correctly till 6 days later... I thought I was tough but seriously couldn't hang lol..overall though, an excellent results driven routine...highly recommended

A fun, yet challenging workout. Jon Kaker has a fine tuned eye for giving you the right adjustments to your technique to be able to spring faster, jump higher, and workout safer. On squats and jumps, he noticed I was turning one knee in slightly and told me that could lead to a bad ACL injury down the line. He might have just saved me from an awful ACL injury down the line!
