My entire life has been dedicated to fitness. From professional dancing in the NBA, to pursing quality personal training, my goal is to strengthen, motivate, and empower my clientele to achiever their best physical and mental capabilities. With a background of 20 years of dance and 5+ years of training, I excel at making every movement understandable, comfortable, and POSSIBLE no matter what your goals look like. Jenny has great energy and has everything you can ask for in a personal trainer! She’s constantly motivating me, challenging me & taking the time to explain why I’m doing specific exercises and how they’re getting me closer to my dream body. I’ve had about 6 sessions with her and I can already feel a huge difference with my body and confidence. She’s 100% worth it!

10/10 on all fronts! Jenny is an incredible trainer. She is knowledgable, professional, and truly wants to see her clients meet their goals. Jenny designed a unique plan for me based on my goals, and it was challenging and rewarding. She was responsive to ALL of my questions and was able to advise on proper form if I felt like I wasn’t doing something correctly. I learned A LOT. She regularly checked in and helped me stay motivated, and we made adjustments as needed. I highly recommend working with her!

Working with Jenny as my trainer has truly transformed my life! In just under three months, I’ve gained more confidence and feel significantly better about my body and overall health. One of the things I appreciate most about Jenny is how she encourages you to embrace the discomfort that comes with growth. Pushing myself during workouts on my own is tough, especially without someone there to motivate me to keep going and finish strong. But Jenny always reminds me of my strength and capabilities. She truly understands my fitness goals and is dedicated to helping me reach them. Overall, Jenny is an incredible trainer who really knows her stuff. If you’re looking for someone to guide you on your fitness journey, I highly recommend starting with her.
