- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the client to discuss their fitness goals, health history, and any limitations. Assess the client's current fitness level and identify areas for improvement. Develop a personalized training plan tailored to the client's needs and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-I have been instructing fitness for over 5 years. -I am NASM certified personal trainer. -I have a masters in recreational sports.
