Working with Ana has helped to unlearn unhealthy habits and thinking patterns related to food, health, and fitness. The pace of my weight loss was gradual and didn’t feel like a fad diet or a gimmick. She met me where I was and scaffolded strategies to develop better eating habits. Having direction about workouts and some more insights into how workout schedules could be structured also helped with getting into routine and staying active. The experience was an investment in myself and would recommend it for anyone who wants to build sustainable healthy habits but may not know where to start.

Ana changed my life!!! She not only helped me get closer to my dream body, she helped me love myself in the process and accept myself and my body as I am. I started working with her without a specific set goal in mind but rather to just learn to eat healthier and in the process I lost weight and gained so much confidence. She helped me build a healthy relationship with food by showing me how to have an unrestricted diet and healthily incorporate foods that actually bring me joy to eat. She supported me along the way and helped me to be gentle with myself when I would have an off day. She is patient, consistent, and supportive. I highly recommend Ana as she will help you love your body, improve your health, and will hold you accountable to the promises you make to yourself!

I first heard about Ana at brunch with one of my friends who had been working with her and loved the results she was seeing for herself. It was a little less than a year away from my wedding so I reached out to Ana for help getting into “wedding shape”, but really for help feeling more comfortable and confident in my body and learning how to have a better understanding of my nutrition. Ana helped me tremendously with all of the above. I primarily workout from home and she’s designed a custom program for me with the equipment that I have at my disposal and I’ve never felt more strong and capable. I also now have a better relationship with food and understanding of how best to fuel my body for my goals. Signing up with Ana has been by far one of the best things I’ve done for myself and I can’t recommend her enough if you want to take control of your health.

Ana is extremely knowledgeable in her field and is genuine about making a difference. As I dealt with healing my relationship with food, she was there to guide me with constant motivation.
