I worked with Ana for a few months, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Ana taught me all I needed to know about eating in a calorie deficit. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on the topic. Any questions or concerns we had during our journey she was always so responsive and helpful. I am so thankful for her teaching me I can enjoy good foods and still reach my goals. I first heard about Ana at brunch with one of my friends who had been working with her and loved the results she was seeing for herself. It was a little less than a year away from my wedding so I reached out to Ana for help getting into “wedding shape”, but really for help feeling more comfortable and confident in my body and learning how to have a better understanding of my nutrition. Ana helped me tremendously with all of the above. I primarily workout from home and she’s designed a custom program for me with the equipment that I have at my disposal and I’ve never felt more strong and capable. I also now have a better relationship with food and understanding of how best to fuel my body for my goals. Signing up with Ana has been by far one of the best things I’ve done for myself and I can’t recommend her enough if you want to take control of your health.
