George has been my trainer for 2.5 years. I moved to LA from the NYC area, and I was desperately looking for a trainer who felt like a friend that I’d like to see. I was so happy when I met George. His small group training classes were challenging and motivating and most importantly, fun. Anybody that trains with George knows how fun and goofy he is. George is able to keep clients engaged and motivated by switching up workouts, adding in challenges, and being hilarious. As an athlete himself and former NFL player, he will push you beyond your mental limitations and hold you accountable to achieve your goals. I couldn’t recommend his training more.
