I love training with Bree. She keeps you on your game and make sure you your form is always right. I know she has the drive and the ambition to get everyone in shape and healthy. I love her workout routines

My workouts with Bree Nickerson are Amazing! Shes really hands on, diligent, and fun to work out with. Always alert and attentive. She gets personal with you and focus on the parts of the body YOU want to focus on and teaches you about the body as she works it out. Makes sure your feeling it and doing it correctly, which is very important. She Doesn't believe in Can't! Very motivational and makes you feel proud. Excellent Buddy to work out with. Listens to the best music!!

Bree is very understanding of my situation. I have a lot going on in my personal life and she is very flexible.
