- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a flat rate of $100 per single session, however I also offer package pricing. When you purchase a package of 10 sessions you receive a free session. And when you purchase a package of 20 sessions you receive THREE free sessions!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a client for the first time, I make sure to first discuss the client's history when it comes to physical fitness, as well as their current mindset and attitude towards fitness. I make sure to discuss the client's goals, both short term and long term, and I take them through a series of physical assessments in order to learn their strengths and deficiencies. Again, I never throw my client into some predetermined routine. My main goal is to truly listen to my client, and let their current conditioning and goals determine where we go from their.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified ISSA Elite Trainer, with certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Strength and Conditioning. This allows me to provide a large palate of opportunities for my clients when it comes to their fitness and nutrition lifestyle goals.
