My Process for Working with New Customers Free Discovery Call (15 Minutes): We’ll start with a quick, no-obligation call to discuss your goals, current fitness level, and nutritional needs. This is a chance for you to ask questions and for me to understand how I can best support you. Personalized Assessment: Based on your goals, I’ll gather more detailed information about your current diet, exercise routine, and any medical or performance-related concerns. This will help me tailor a nutrition plan that works for you. Customized Nutrition Plan: I’ll create a nutrition strategy specific to your needs, whether that’s improving performance, managing weight, increasing energy, or supporting recovery. You’ll receive your plan with a clear roadmap, including meal suggestions, hydration tips, and any necessary supplement advice. Ongoing Support & Adjustments: For clients who choose ongoing coaching, we’ll check in regularly through video calls, text, or email to monitor your progress. I’ll adjust your plan as needed based on your feedback, challenges, or any changes in your performance or goals. Continuous Guidance: I’ll be available for any questions, concerns, or support you need. Whether it’s nutrition advice, meal prep, or motivation, I’m here to help you stay on track and achieve your best results.

I am a Certified Sports Nutritionist with a strong background in developing personalized nutrition plans for athletes and active individuals. My education includes training in sports science, nutrition, and wellness to ensure I provide science-backed, effective guidance tailored to your unique goals.
