This review is long overdue. Where do I start?I was referred to Matt and his firm from a mutual friend, who also happens to be an attorney. I'm grateful and satisfied that Matt helps me with my car accident case in August 2018. Matt and his team was there when I had questions and supportive of what I need. He help me get therapy, specialist, and a cheque for my vehicle that was totaled during the accident. The most important thing is that Matt made sure that I was satisfied with the settlement. My previous accident that I was in, the lawyer that took care of that, didn't care. There are attorneys that go through the motion, settle the case, and take their payment. Matt and his firm did not. Matt went above and beyond. Matt is a knowledgeable, caring, and aggressive attorney. I hope I won't need another injuryattorney in my life, but if I do, I know who I will contact. I've since referred a friend to Matt with her case.

I was injured in a car crash and needed a lawyer to help me. I searched online and called around for a week. I felt Matt and Oscar were to the point and not trying to oversell me like all the other lawyers I had talked to. I used them to help me find doctors and physical therapy location near my house. They made everything seem so easy and smooth and I knew exactly what to expect. The staff is also very professional and welcoming. I had a great experience especially with Favi. She is very kind, professional, she listens, reassures and is very knowledgeable. The attorneys Matt and Oscar are also really great attorneys. Where to begin. I was involved in a car crash on the freeway and knew I had to get a lawyer after being ignored by the insurance company. It was very stressful and I was in a lot of pain and not immediately thinking about hiring a lawyer. Thankfully I was referred to Matt and Oscar by a family member who had a motorcycle case with them and I am so thankful that I chose this firm. I was immediately put at ease and able to offload the stress of dealing with the accident and insurance. Donna was always so nice, answered all of my questions and scheduled my doctor's appointments. Matt and Oscar ended up negotiating a settlement for me that far exceeded what I thought was even in the real of possible results for my case. If I could give the 10 stars I would!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $0 unless we win!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our clients in person and get to know them so we can effectively represent them and communicate the facts and issues surrounding their case. Most cases begin in the pre-litigation phase with an insurance claim. When insurance companies refuse to make a fair settlement offer, we then file a lawsuit. Civil lawsuits are complex and have many twists and turns. More than 99% of all cases settle before trial. If the case does not resolve during litigation, then we take the case to trial and present it to a jury.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was young, a family member was severely injured in a car crash and did not get a lawyer. I watched as the insurance company completely took advantage of her and paid her no money for permanent disability.
