Chef Cristoff’s Tasting menu for 8 people was delightful and delicious. Courses were properly spaced for our holiday conversations. Raves from all about halibut with parsnip purée. The bourbon cake stood out as spectacular (even though we were in the middle of the holiday baking season!) Bone marrow? Fabulous. Pork belly? Excellent. Chef Cristoff worked with me to be sure to have a menu that fit our varied palates. He is cheerful and left a spotless kitchen. Would definitely wish him to be our Chef again.

I especially appreciated the transparent, all-inclusive pricing—it made everything stress-free and straightforward. The night itself was flawless. Chef Christoff and his partner executed the evening with the kind of ease and professionalism that only comes from years of expertise. Standouts among the dishes included the potato pavé, pork belly, sea bass, aguachile, and filet mignon—all absolute 10/10! Chef Christoff also wowed us with delicious cocktails and perfectly curated wine pairings to complement our meal. Chef Christoff was amazing! He was so easy to work with and super flexible. The menu options were wonderful. The food was absolutely amazing and a great amount of food was served as well. He was super knowledgeable in the culinary field and had a passion for his work. Additionally, this was a surprise dinner for our guests and we told Christoff as he was walking in the door about the surprise and he was quick to match our energy and enhance the surprise reveal. We would absolutely book Christoff again if we were in the area! Thank you for a great time.
