Was an amazing experience and would gladly book again. The bacon was the best I’ve ever had and the set up was beautiful. 10/10 recommend

Neicy was nice overall and engaging she seasoned her food very well, but she didn’t use food burners to keep the food warm. I like how she went to the store to get the items needed. The salad she made was soggy and the lobster tails & mash potatoes were made too early. Although everything wasn’t perfect I will still recommend her services.

I hired Chef Neicy for my Anniversary dinner. Her communication was great up to the day of our dinner. She contacted me a few minutes before her scheduled arrival time to state she miss judge where we lived and would be an hour late. She was 1 hour and 45 minutes late from her agreed time. You can tell she is new at this but her food was very good, but her time management along with a very shy personality was upsetting. Also, she is new with how to bill and collect funds and she needs to have a much better system. Like I said, her food was very good. We loved her biscuits, King Crab Legs and Lobster Mac/Cheese. The only knock was that the shrimp for the shrimp cocktails were over cooked as well as the steak was tough and over seasoned. I think that was because she was rushed because of her being so late. She has so much potential and we wish her the best of luck

Everything about my experience was grand. I enjoyed the courtesy just as much as I enjoyed the cuisine itself. The flavor is unmatched. I truly will recommend anyone who loves to eat well to give it a try. It will be extremely hard to be dissatisfied. It’s amazing, seriously!
