Paul created an exceptional experience for my 30th birthday dinner, and I would absolutely work with him again! He took my vague idea and spun it into a creative, memorable, and beautiful spread. Everything tasted amazing, so flavorful and made with love. He was respectful of and flexible around my budget, and in general he has great energy and brought such a nice vibe to the event. 10/10
