As I approach a decade of culinary experience, I want to bring my experience to a wider audience. My culinary journey so far has been inspired by my passion for experimenting with global flavors through a Brazilian lens. I was trained at IGA, an international school of gastronomy in Brazil, where my interest in regional ingredients was mixed with a curiosity to reimagine tradition. My ideology in cooking is to blend classic and contemporary influences, creating menus that are creative, different, and can take you back to something familiar or something completely new. I have been following my passion through my meal-prep business and am excited to bring this same energy to my curated menus.
