- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have tiers of pricing for events. This includes day of decoration ( I do not have materials for decorating, this will be provided by the client based on their budget) But I work with clients to custom make budgets to fit their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial consultation, I will send the packages to take a look at, then we will work together to come up with a price for my services that fits their needs. Once the client has decided to move forward, I will send the contract and deposit information - which will be 50% of the total cost up front. Once I have received the deposit, I lock my date, and send next steps, which will include a site visit to the location of the event, and our first hour long planning session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with one of the worlds top wedding planners in New York and could not have had better training. This is my second event company moving to California and growing my client base on the West Coast.
