FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Why is my pricing higher than other people's? Because other people's pricing is based on a 60 minute session and nothing more. So while it seems a lot cheaper, they will work a lot less for you. And the results will show. So what do you get with me? The 60 minute is a small part of our work together. I work just as much outside of the gym- from daily nutritional guidance, helping clients pick meals from restaurants, training clients virtually when they travel, and 7 day a week access to me through messaging and phone calls. I've even taken clients grocery shopping to help them understand what they need to do for their goals. There is nothing I won't do for my clients' success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a 90 minute consultation and training session where we'll talk over your goals, lifestyle, current nutrition/training regimen (if any), address any injuries, and your stats (height, weight). I will also take you through a training session so you can get a feel for how I work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a triple Certified Trainer and Nutritionist and have been training clients for 20 years. -The National Personal Training Institute. -The National Academy of Sport Medicine. -Show up Fitness Academy. -5 year study under Matt Kendrick, founder of MK Hub Gyms, U.K.
