FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In my bio I mentioned I have a for purpose business so instead of paying me in notary fees I’ll exchanged for the same contribution to go toward impact. Why? Well most of the time signings take place at a home or business and I break the stigma and conversation to encourage my clients that they have the option to make their money matter and give toward a cause like the unhoused community. It starts with soap, and it ultimate gives hope and hygiene essentials and a Korean skincare line. GiveSope.com
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know who I’m working with so a brief conversation of name, and where someone is from. If there’s a call that takes place I’ll ask what document(s) will be needed to sign, how many signatures. Remind them that notaries will need the complete document or all pages in order to notarized. Let them know they need a current drivers License or passport. If not to let the notary know prior to prepare accordingly. I always carry a blue pen. I personally like to sign in blue vs black so it looks like the official signature and easy to check work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree but outside of that I am certified notary and Loan signing agent. I work with escrow offices and title companies.
