FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $12 dollars per signature plus an additional minimum $45 travel fee that varies depending on where you want me to travel to. Travel fees may also vary if it’s after service hours (8am-5pm on weekdays), on a weekend, or on a holiday. Additionally, I charge an extra $5 for every 10 minutes a client is late.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple. As long as you have a document you need notarized and a valid ID (unexpired drivers license or passport), simply give me a call and I can schedule an appointment! If you don’t have a valid ID, the alternative would be to bring two credible witnesses (two people that know you personally and can verify your identity). Once we meet, I will watch you sign your document (Do not sign beforehand!), notarize and stamp it, have you put your thumbprint and signature in my journal, and that’s it!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All walks of life! I take pride in having serviced many different people, some with more unique situations than others, and always enjoy meeting new people. I don’t limit my customer base whatsoever, and am willing to travel to almost anywhere. Whatever you need, wherever you need, and whenever you need, I’m willing to notarize anything that I am permitted to. Meeting new people and hearing their stories is my favorite part of being a mobile notary.
