Robert helped us move from Los Angeles to Santa Clara. He put all our stuff in the trailer very efficiently. Very reasonable pricing for the service as well.

Moving is usually stressful, but these movers made it effortless. They were on time, polite, and professional. Every item, from boxes to heavy furniture, was handled with care. Just had a move with Warriors Moving and they were amazing. Super friendly, right on time, and really took care of my stuff. They worked fast but didn’t rush, and made sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted in the new place. Moving is usually a pain, but these guys made it way easier than I expected. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a solid, no-stress moving crew!

TLDR:
Good - furniture handlings are good
Bad - up-charge, 2 workers only (including him). Punctuality issue
Moving companies seem to all like lure you in with a low estimate but unrealistic space estimates, Robert (the owner) is no exception this time. He was nice and fast communication before I settle with him. But unfortunately things got down hill from there.
First thing, he promised 3 movers for loading, but not only he showed up 3 hours late (we are the only customer that day), he only brought 1 extra guy. And it took them 6 hours to load a 2 bdr apartment with us packing most things. (it’s 3rd floor no elevator so I won’t complaint too much).
And the upcharges began.. we have more boxes then we thought (50 vs 30 in the estimates). And he estimated 520 cubic feet before. And now with 48 boxes, it filled the full truck. So another $1700 added according to his way of calculation. Yeah.. just a few hours of extra work and just a little bit more of gas and he wants to charge this much. You can get workers do the whole packing and loading and unloading entire home for less than that.
He arrived on the third day as agreed upon, so that’s a plus. But he still only brought one worker to do the unloading. Really? Just to cheap out so to make more money? While I communicate to him the drop off is a house with 2 stories, and a stair charge was added to the estimate. He insists he didn’t know this was the case at drop off, and demand extra and showing attitude. (This happened during payment before left from my previous home). We of course insisted him not up charge on this, and he half agreed.
During drop off, Robert and the guy he hired only brought up the furnitures to second floor, but then claiming the boxes and bags are “too heavy”, where in fact most of them just clothes. We settle half way and we are definitely not gonna tip them this time.

This move was from San Diego, CA to Austin, TX, with an initial estimated volume of 530 cubic feet based on the inventory provided at booking. Once we arrived and completed the full loading, the actual volume significantly increased due to a large number of additional items—particularly boxes (20+ compared to the original 30 estimated). This increase required more space, labor, and weight capacity, which was explained before proceeding. We strive to be upfront and transparent with all pricing and only adjust costs when the scope of work changes.
Regarding the moving crew: While we typically schedule three movers for jobs of this size, unforeseen delays meant only two of us were available that day. We understand this may have impacted the overall loading time, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Despite the challenge of loading from a 3rd floor with no elevator, we completed the work carefully and professionally.
At delivery in Austin, we did arrive on the agreed date, and again, with a two-person team. The delivery location included stairs, which was addressed in the original quote. We apologize for any frustration and confusion that may have caused.
