- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At VIP PRO Moving, we believe in transparency and providing our customers with all-inclusive pricing. For local moves we apply an hourly rate, for long-distance moves we charge a flat fee. We have a 3-hour minimum. The clock starts from our arrival and stops upon completion of your move. Additional fees (if applicable) include: 1οΈβ£ Overtime rate: Moves exceeding 8 hours incur an overtime rate of 1 hour 30 minutes per additional hour. 2οΈβ£ A heavy lifting fee for items over 250 lbs (100% will be split between your crew members). 3οΈβ£ Double drive time fee: According to PUC law, if the distance between your origin and destination is 10 miles or over, the driving time is doubled. We don't have any hidden fees. Everything will be explained over the phone and in writing.

Here's our typical process for working with a new customer: β Initial Contact: Our friendly customer support team is available 7 days a week to assist you. Reach out to us either on Thumbtack or directly at 213-999-63-65 to share your unique moving needs and receive a comprehensive all-inclusive quote. We also offer a free virtual estimate for your convenience. β Scheduling: If you choose to proceed with our services, we'll work with you to schedule your move on a date that suits you. We are available for local residential, commercial, and long-distance moves. β Move Day Preparation: Before your move, our team will ensure that all necessary equipment, including a fully equipped moving truck, straps, dollies, wardrobe boxes, and more, is ready. β Move Execution: On the scheduled day, our highly experienced crew members will arrive promptly at your location. They will handle all aspects of your move, including packing, loading, unloading, and furniture assembly and disassembly. β Tracking and Support: Throughout the moving process, you'll have access to our tracking system. Our dedicated customer support team is available to address any questions or concerns you may have. β Billing and Payment: We have a straightforward billing process. Payment is made after the job is completed to your satisfaction. We accept various payment methods, including cash, card, Zelle, and Venmo. β Feedback: Your feedback is valuable to us. After your move is completed, we welcome your thoughts and comments to help us continually improve our services.
