- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are honest with our customers, and we make a human connection rather than just treating the move like a job. Our steps - provide an estimation - send a confirmation letter - call one day prior to confirm the move and crew - arrive on time - start the time exactly when the crew start to work, not when they come - Wrap the furniture with blankets, shrink wrap, etc. - Packing - Unpacking in a new place (if a customer asks for) - Help to put every furniture into the right place - Finish the move
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew has at least 2-3 years of experience in moving services. They are quick, smart, loyal, and responsible.
