Here at Dean's Movers our first priority are our customers; we strive to make sure you fully enjoy your moving experience and that starts with having a smooth transition. Our experienced movers strictly focus on moving your items safely in a timely manner all at our great low price! (for 2 movers) $95/hr (3 hour min) $100 fuel fee (los angeles county) ($60- non refundable, deposit included in total) Includes: 10’-26’ box truck, blankets, tape, shrink wrap & utility dolly, furniture dolly, and all disassembly and reassembly, lite packing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! I recently used this company and two guys came to do the job. It took close to 7 hours for a one bedroom move to a different unit. They damaged almost every furnitures they moved. Didn’t use any protection. They even made a water damage in my old unit. And now i’m trying to get a hold of Dean to resolve this issue and he’s not responding. How irresponsible and unprofessional for a company. I wish i didn’t have to experience any of this, so take my word and do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The guys that moved me were very pleasant and I believe they have their best effort. They worked well until the evening to get me moved. However, they were not prepared. I don’t believe they had a dolly, of their own, and I know they didn’t have the super large cardboard box / flat cart, to load large, heavy and awkward items. So they left them. Like my min-fridge, bike rack, keyboard, kettle bells. They need the large box for the random items. The photo is of what was left behind. (We asked them to leave the vases behind). All in all, will be an amazing team with more experience. But I am not at all happy about needing to pack / load and unload these heavy and awkward shape items. It was moving these things that encouraged me most, to hire movers.
