Asap contacted me when the seen my project. It happened to be the same day I wished to have my bed moved. They Communicated with me when they got stuck in traffic also. My bed is one of the heaviest & difficult to take down and reassemble myself. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I had to take the mattress down once they left in order to reach the plug for the adjustable base in order to plug it up. It was not easy to get under the bed to reach it. Otherwise my experience was good.
