- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free comprehensive inspection and evaluation for homeowners. Pricing will depend on the scope of work we offer discounts to our military, veterans, senior citizens and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Inspect areas of concern 2. Document all findings/ immediately extract water (if necessary) 3. Explain, “what was found, where is it located, why is it there, and what’s the solution?” 4. Deliver the estimate with pricing and discuss other options if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
