- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are the average share cost with insurance. We don't accept insurance. Sessions held outside of office hours and on weekends have an additional fee of $10 per session for each adjustment. To avoid mishaps and to confirm or book the appointment, we require each client(s) to pay a non-refundable fee the day prior to their scheduled session. The fee is accredited to the cost of the session. We resolved the high cost of sessions by lowering our overhead costs and passing the savings to the client. We would not want a client to be denied simply because they can not afford to pay $130.00 and up hour, which is the standard fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a free phone consultation to determine the client's need for our services. We schedule a session determined by the client. The first session or two is orientation. Our process is personalized utilizing Imago, CRT, ECT, education, experience, and client knowledge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the lead counselor; I am now a senior pastor emeritus who under-shepherd for 17 years. I hold a Master Degree in individual, marital, family counseling, and Christian counseling. I hold a Doctorate Degree in Theology. Seven years executive director of State Foster Family Facility specializing in developmentally challenged and abused children. We support liaison for parents of foster children who were in sober living facilities. Empowered by Union Rescue Mission, Church of God of Indiana and NPI registration and licensing.
