- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i require a $75 deposit that is non-refundable (there are exceptions if i am at fault) and they are transferable if a reschedule is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i like to have a conversation about what their vision is, pricing, and game plan, setting expectations is important to me before meeting. i then do a trial run if requested and make the day of as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i attended the master course at makeup designory in burbank which was founded in 1997. it was a 6 month intensive course where i learned makeup, hair styling and special effects skills.
