I move from Los Angeles to Reno, Nevada. They arrived on time, got straight to work, and quickly estimated (correctly) that their giant truck would not quite hold everything I was moving (I have a TON of stuff), so we promptly prioritized the important (and large) things like furniture, piano, table saw, all the big stuff that I can't do alone or with my wife, and got it all loaded. I happened to have a Uhaul trailer rented, so they helped me load that as well. They took great care to wrap up all of my furniture and remotely delicate items, and most important, my beloved piano. Once at the new house, it was back to work, and they wasted no time.Guys figured it would take at least 8 hours end to end, and they were right; even with a few small breaks (which I encouraged, it was blisteringly hot today!), they were done and cleaned up well before 9 hours total had passed. I made sure they had plenty of cold beverages and some snacks, and they were cert appreciative. These men work their tails off, I encourage you all to go the extra mile for them and offer little things like that. If all that wasn't enough, they gave me a military discount as well (even though it's not listed on the website). I tipped them well for their efforts, and again, encourage you to do the same!

Our move was flawless! Entire team was very professional, helpful and efficient. All our property was wrapped meticulously and not even a chip in the process. Everything was done carefully and fast. I had a big move from my 3 story townhouse . I thought it would take movers forever because of the stairs! But they acted very professional, fast and without any complains ! The price per hour was little higher than other companies quoted me before but at they end I just saved time and money as well because of professional movers . Thanks

Star Van Lines just made my move super fast. They were easy to communicate with, and they gave me a very competitive price. They showed up on time and were super fast and efficient. They wrapped up my fragile stuff like my flat screen TV, mirrors, etc and even helped me move a ton of super heavy yoga mats. Thank you.
