- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always take a look what needs to be done, right it down and explain to my customer exactly the problem and what i would need to fix and tell pricing before I start. So there will be no misunderstandings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of training, also 3 diplomas later on in more difficult projects. See in my album picture of diplomas.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like to get to the button of things. I won’t accept an “okay” result which somehow lead me to getting to understand the inside function of locks and developed an interest in learning more.
