FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate for a single, standalone session is $300. The per session rate is reduced when you purchase a coaching package of four sessions up front. A twelve session package is also available at a discounted per session rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial consultation is always free. This gives the client and me the opportunity to introduce ourselves and determine whether we would be a good fit for a coaching relationship. If the client decides to hire me, I typically recommend that they commit to a minimum of five coaching sessions up front so that we have an opportunity to build a rapport and have time to clarify the client's vision, goals, and next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have coached, mentored, and guided people formally as a workplace manager and informally as a peer and friend throughout my life. Prior to becoming a personal coach on a professional level, I worked in the higher education and non-profit sectors as a senior manager and worked briefly in private banking/wealth management. I have a bachelor's degree in organizational communication from Pepperdine University and master's degree in political science from American University. I received certification as a professional coach from Coach Training Alliance (CTA), which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in addition to training and professional development as a member of the Positive Intelligence Coaching Community.
