I've been in the field for 12 years for a reason: I am good Consultant & Life Coach. At Evolve & Elevate Consulting Services we are dedicated to providing comprehensive consulting and life coaching services that cater to a diverse clientele seeking to improve their well-being. My mission is to offer personalized, high-quality consulting and coaching sessions tailored to each individual’s, couple's, and/or organizational's needs. My approach consists of integrating various theoretical practices that include: Mindfulness & CBT: i will help you and guide you to re-wire your brain using a method called neuroplasticity. Our brains are like Play-Doh that can be reshaped using a technique called reframing. You and I, will work confidently on reframing unhealthy patterns of thinking to achieving an outcome of creating habitual positive healthy thinking. In this phase we will work on demolishing all that which our inner-radio has picked up during our initial developmental stages of childhood. Furthermore, I (as your personal coach, mentor, and/or counselor) will focus on creating a safe and secure place in your mind that will lead to long lasting transformational change. With that been said, my job is to point you (the client) to the light switch. However, it's your job to turn the light switch on. My ultimate desire (for you) if given the opportunity is: (1) to work collaboratively in addressing the following: (2) to help you reach awareness of your own blind spots, and (3) to processs unpleasant memories found in your long-term memory. Using psychoeducation--my goal is to help you create a solid and resilient foundation. When you reach this phase, you will know that these practices and services do work!
