I was referred to Lio James Construction by a friend when I needed a reliable contractor for my secondary property in LA. Living in Washington, I was initially worried about handling such a large project from a distance, but working with Ron, was an absolute pleasure.

We hired in the past Lio James Construction Inc for foundation and framing work on two homes—one in Sherman Oaks (3,700 sq ft) and another in Woodland Hills (4,000 sq ft)—and we couldn't be more satisfied with the results!
From the outset, Ron, our contractor, was professional and knowledgeable.
The foundation work was completed on schedule, and the framing turned out perfectly. Ron's attention to detail truly set them apart; he made sure everything was done to the highest standards, which has given us confidence in the overall integrity of both homes. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The team was respectful of the property, keeping the work area clean and organized, which we greatly appreciated.
