FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a service company we don't charge sales tax. Additionally we don't charge any additional service fees. Our pricing is done by volume as is standard for the industry. When picking up dirt, concrete or roofing materials we charge a different price scheme due to the legal weight limits required for hauling. Heavy debris won't fill the trailer to the top as it's unsafe to drive just heavy loads (a trailer full to the top with concrete can easily weight over 35,000 lbs). When estimating these prices, photos really help us give accurate estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can provide free estimates over the phone or via text. To get the most accurate estimate we ask that customers submit a photo or video of the items so that we can do our best to estimate the volume. Once we arrive we review the items and provide a guaranteed price prior to starting work. This agreement is written out and guarantees we won't change the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our drivers have been trained to operate a variety of heavy machinery and power tools, such as forklifts, diggers and demolition tools. We rarely use these on most jobs, but safety is our top priority and the knowledge required to operate those tools helps us be prepared for any job, big or small.
