- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all we contact the customer and offer them a complete free onsite estimate. When the meeting is schedule we take the time to go over every small detail the customer wants to include in the project. After we take a look and see all the scope of the project, we spend time with the customer to answer as many questions as they might have, we make sure they know what product we will be using, all the procedures we follow and how our company works. We also offer them different types of paint products to adjust their budgets. We usually send them a detailed written estimate in the same day so the customer can see exactly what each process cost and they can have a better idea and understanding of the total cost. After the estimate is reviewed by the customer we try our best to keep an open communication and answer all questions that develop during the estimate to make the process easier. If the estimate is approved- we work around our customers schedule to make the project convenient for their schedule and their timing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully licensed contractor- I have certification in asbestos treatment and my company is fully bonded, licensed and insured for the protection oh my customers and their assets
