I work alone — never send anyone else in my place. I do my best to arrive on time. If traffic or anything else causes delays, I always let the client know in advance. I work carefully, finish what I start, and take full responsibility for the result. If I need to pick up materials for the job, I never mark up the cost — I provide the receipt and charge exactly what I paid. I value trust and always aim to earn repeat business.
