Following a gut renovation of a small triplex penthouse in Sao Paulo, we needed a good designer to guide us in developing from scratch a consistent, stylish mood for our apartment. With 1.5 floors indoors and 1.5 floors outdoors, we wanted living space that was both hip and comfortable for central city living and entertaining. Fernando was great in educating me about the aesthetics of layout and importance of continuity and flow in the living space. He is great with digital renderings to help visualize the potential for how raw space can be transformed. Richard, the Interior Decorator working with Fernando, has a terrific eye for beautiful furnishings and decorations. He helped me see the importance of taking some style risks and investing in quality furnishings, and I have no regrets -- the place looks amazing!

The entire team at Studio Ferraz was excellent and they completely transformed my apartment. Fernando and Matt listened carefully to my concerns and incorporated my personal aesthetic into all aspects of the design. At each step of the design process, Fernando and Matt provided me with detailed information about the design concept, layout, furniture and finishes. They really made me feel like I was a part of the process and included my input into all of the important design decisions. Fernando also prepared beautiful renderings and virtual videos to help me visualize what my home would look like when the project was completed. Even though I was impressed with the drawings and videos, I was even happier when I saw how beautiful my home looked when the project was finished. It is so important to love the way a person feels about his or her home and Fernando and Matt created a design that makes me smile every time I walk through the door. I am in awe at the detail and skill that the team brought to the project in order to turn my dream home into a reality. The team at Studio Ferraz created a true masterpiece for me and I highly recommend them to anyone that is considering a renovation or redesign.

We recently moved from a two bedroom condo to a 4000 square foot penthouse. I was overwhelmed and had no idea how to decorate this new large space. Matt came in and created magic ...EFFORTLESSLY. He has an incredible eye for space, fabrics and decorum. He transformed each section of the house to be individual and yet part of the whole. I could not be more grateful. He’s amazing.
