FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based on project size, location, and scope. Depending on the needs of the project we offer hourly and flat-rate packages. We work with clients of various budgets to help them achieve their design goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovery We begin each project with a discovery call and site visit (in person or remote) to get to know the client and learn more about the project. Based on the information provided from both client meeting we will recommend which design package is best for your project based on budget, timeline, and scope of work. Client In-Take Once a client has signed our design agreement and scope of work is agreed upon we send over a detailed client questionnaire to get important lifestyle and aesthetic details that will influence our design. Concept At this stage, we will deliver a concept moodboard with inspirational images for our vision of the space as well as a floor plan. Design Development Once the concept package is approved we move on to design development where we get into the nitty gritty. This is when we begin selecting furniture, plumbing, lighting, accessories, etc that fit within the agreed upon budget. Execution/Install We have two types of packages available for the execution for your project. If you are a diy'er or want to take your time with ordering we will provide you with a detailed shopping list for you to place order and install furniture on your own. Otherwise we handle the ordering and can extend our trade discount (10-25% off most retail items) and oversee the delivery and installation of your items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
