I have experience working on development residential construction projects and more currently working directly with homeowners on full scale home remodeling projects, including kitchen, bathroom and living spaces. Extensive experience design and curating finished materials for all project sizes, including vacation rentals and ADUs. Services include: Procurement of Finished Materials: Based on your budget, I can leverage my vast network of material vendors (tile, flooring carpentry, cabinetry) in order to obtain the best pricing and timely delivery of same for your project. Coordinate with your construction team/contractor or help you find a licensed contractor and/or trades to complete your project. 3D Modeling, Renderings and Drawings: I can bring your design vision to life through 3D models and renderings. Procurement of furniture and coordination and design of bespoke pieces: I have extensive experience designing and modeling custom furnishing pieces, including recessed bookcases, fireplaces, bathroom vanities. I can also coordinate the purchase and delivery of furniture and décor. Custom Closet Design and Installation, including all lines of Elfa closets.
