To start, I offer a 20-minute video call free of charge to discuss your needs. Initial Visits: Interior Design & Staging: $150 Thumbtack Client Discount: If you decide to proceed with my services, this fee will be deducted from the final amount. Hourly Rates: - Interior Design & Staging: $100/hr - Commercial Space & Photo Styling: $125/hr - Decluttering, Space Organization, Packing & Unpacking: $60/hr (Minimum $240, equivalent to 4 hours of on-site work) Let’s discuss your vision and make your project a reality! :)

The house had many organization inefficiencies. Slywia came in and transformed the house so now, no matter how much the kids make a mess, a clean house is the norm not the rarity. The garage was filled with tons of boxes and she took care of everything within a couple days, where realistically it would've taken me over a week by my self. She made all the things I had to do very easy a fluid to keep project moving. We also bought and added new furniture to facilitate the organization process, which my wife and I love!

I reached out to Sylvia in May to get my home in Leimert Park ready for sale. She managed everything with full transparency, from supervising contractors for maintenance and arranging a deep cleaning to handling all the staging. The staging included furniture & decor selection and rental, and it was assembled same day after delivery. The result was brilliant, and the entire process took around 10 days. I had a great experience with Sylvia and her team. Highly recommend her services!
