Good design tells a story. I enjoy working with clients to develop a look that they will love and enjoy for years to come. Whether it is finding the perfect accent chair or developing the most divine new living room. Sometimes it's hard to visualize on your own and that's where I come in to help. Born and raised on the East Coast, Ariana found a love for architecture at a young age. Ariana earned her Bachelors in Interior Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After graduating, she studied under residential design firms in the Virginia Area. She began her career working for companies Ethan Allen and Bassett Furniture widening her experience in all aspects of interiors. With 10 years of experience designing, she prides herself in being a small business owner for Ariana LaRae Designs. She now resides in California where she specializes in creating eclectic residential spaces for local clients in the Los Angeles area.

I have worked with Ariana on two projects and she exceeded expectations both times. She really took time to understand my aesthetic and budget, and made sure my options aligned with my vision. Ariana also helped with execution. She recommended fantastic general contractor and wallpaper installer - and regularly communicated with them about the project. Ariana was absolutely amazing and so fun to work with. In just two hours, she transformed my home. She has her own handy man that can come with her that made the process seamless and quick and my home ready for visitors coming that weekend! The best part was she did it all with things I already had! Her follow through and support even off the clock was amazing, giving me advice via text while shopping for final pieces and even following up a month later to make sure I was satisfied. Truly a brilliant designer!

Wow… Ariana’s services are thorough and detailed. She takes the times to understand your vision, allows you to review a few visual designs / concept boards and will execute when you absolutely love the design. We hired Ariana in the midst of the pandemic and stores were just beginning to open and delivery dates were pushed back by 4-7 months. Yet, Ariana found ways to keep us engaged through the projects. When entering into design services, Ariana charged per hour and if you’d like more of her time, you can purchase that for a reasonable charge. Ariana shared her designer discount with major stores such as West Elm, Crate & Barrel, and CB2 (and families). Very happy with her services.

We had some struggles being on the same page in regards to the design, along with some communication issues which ultimately ended with me canceling the project. We charge an hourly rate and can tackle any project no matter how big or small. We always work with you to stay within the budget and estimated time frame you have in mind. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the design process from start to finish.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We break the design process down into 4 phases PHASE 1: DISCOVERY PHASE This is the beginning phase of your project. We meet to find a game plan for your space. PHASE 2: DESIGN APPROVAL This is the second phase of the design process where we review the design layout and selections. PHASE 3: DEVELOPMENT OF THE DESIGN From here we make the final selections to your design finalizing details and getting started. PHASE 4: INSTALLATION The dream is coming to life! This is the phase where you can see all of the selections coming together. Your space is starting transform. PHASE 5: PROJECT COMPLETION Layering in the fine details, finishing touches are put in and now you can relax and enjoy your new space!
