FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a reasonable payment plan for my clients who are struggling financially. I don't want my clients struggling to pay food and rent. As long as the client is honest about their financial struggles, I will work to accommodate his or her situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important aspect of my representation is to develop a trust. I start my initial consultation with a story of my past client who asked what would you do if this was your child. The client needs to trust that I will ALWAYS have their best interest.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Without violating attorney-client privilege, a 3 year case to preserve my client's due process rights. It took awhile but the law was on my client's side and there was no way I was going to let the government take advantage of the situation. Now, they consider me their lifetime family attorney.
