I booked a cleaning service with Sparkle and Shine for a two story apartment deep cleaning with 11 windows cleaned, all appliances, and the garage swept out. They quoted me $320 for the job because I had another property that they were supposed to clean the following week and gave me a discount. For this property they said they would send two cleaners at 9am and I could show them where to work and my expectations. A girl arrived at 8am and was alone and seemed unprepared. I showed her what I wanted and she seemed overwhelmed from the start due to the size of the job. I asked her if anyone else was coming and she said no, just her. She said she would be able to complete the work though and began working. The poor thing was here until 5:30pm and said she did everything she could and left. I did a walk through this morning and found a very disappointing situation. Most of the appliances don't look like they were cleaned. The bathtub is a mess still, the floors look swept in some areas but not clean and there is still debris in other areas. I am so disappointed and will have to redo everything myself. Don't waste your money or your time. Also, canceled the future cleaning of the other property.
