They come to my house as a team of 2 person and they had all the cleaning supplies and they finished deep cleaning in 4 hours for 2 bed 2 bath I liked it

I let them know I had dogs which I was told was not a problem. An hour into the clean I picked my dogs up from the groomer & brought them home & the cleaners both jumped on the counter screaming while the dogs were sitting. I told them they were friendly but they wouldn’t get down unless I took them away, so I had to bring my dogs to work. The cleaning job itself was subpar, my regular cleaner does much better in half the time for half the price. They ran laundry & on their second load in the washer it broke mid wash, so now I have to hire someone to come fix the washing machine. The load of sheets is just sitting wet in the washer. They did say if it’s their fault they will reimburse me, but the whole thing was such a headache. Thank goodness my normal cleaner is back in town next week. I still paid them the rate they asked & tipped well in cash for their time, but I do not recommend this service. They offered me 50% off my next clean as compensation for today, but I will not be hiring again regardless.
