- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer signs up on our website, they will receive an email with details on the cleaning as well as a confirmation email after someone from our Customer Happiness Team has verified all details. After this, the customer will receive 3-day and 1-day reminder emails, as well as text reminders if wanted! At the end the the cleaning the customer receives an email to rate the team, and an email invoice with the charge. We're all about easy communication and making sure everything is transparent!

Once upon a time, in a land far far away (West Los Angeles, to be specific), the founders were sitting around a dirty home and decided that enough is enough, a cleaning service must be hired! They scoured the internet and called all cleaning services they could find. Need to come give an in-person estimate? No! We don't have time for that! Quoting a vague rate? No! That sounds sketchy at best. Only accept cash? Its the 2000s for christ's sake! It was far too hard to find a reliable cleaning service that they could count on every time. This is when the idea was stuck: what if there existed a cleaning service which did flat-rate pricing, online booking and payment, and was super reliable? What if this magic cleaning service could save COUNTLESS of hours for everyone? Thus, MaidThis! Cleaning Service was born!
