Everything is fantastic. I live with a family of total four. My husband, baby, giant dog, and myself. I'm the one doing most of the cleaning at home but recently is has been overwhelming on my own that I fell behind. Thankfully I ran into this cleaning service and were able to help me out with my situation. The cleaning lady was understanding and was not judge about the mess in my apartment. I'm grateful and cannot wait to schedule with this team again. My items are still unorganized but that is all me. My place was a lot worse compared to these photos

This seems like a scam. It’s an agent managing multiple independent cleaners. After 2 hours he incessantly messaged me for $110 extra because it was dirtier than expected. The cleaner did not clean 2 of the rooms that were included in the original price and still he felt that the 3 hour cleaning required $110 extra. He refused to talk on the phone even after I requested to discuss the price increase multiple times and then threatened to send “management” to my home along with the “police.” I had to leave my job midday to make sure this guy didn’t send people to my home where my family was. Please do not hire this company and beware of similar operators on thumbtack.

At the time of booking, you mentioned that a deep cleaning had been done recently, but our cleaner encountered significantly more work than expected, which was not disclosed beforehand. We always aim to be transparent about pricing, and any adjustments are communicated with clients before proceeding. We made several attempts to discuss this matter with you but were unable to reach a mutual understanding. We do not condone threats or unprofessional behavior from our team and regret if the situation was perceived differently. We value all our clients and strive to maintain professionalism. We are open to further discussion to resolve this matter fairly. We hope for your understanding.

I wasn’t going to write a review but do not contact this vendor unless you want to be harassed by texts and messages. I was casually shopping for cleaners for my new home and most provided me a quote, brief info, and maybe even tried calling me once or twice but this company BOMBARDED me with texts throughout the day for multiple days. I had to let them know to give me time and that they were frankly making me uncomfortable with the amount of nonstop communication. It came off unprofessional and quite honestly scared us away at the end of the day. Ended up going with someone else and let them know but they still continued to contact me. Blocked them and will never be using their service.

This guys are HUSTLERS and NOT professionals. Hire them at your very own risk. I had a nightmare experience with CleanPro. I wouldn’t even know where to start from. It’s referred to a Screenshots to get a picture of what happened. They are deceivers, they wasted my time and the end of the day, the person that came did not clean my apartment. She came and asked me what I was expecting her to do and I told her that she’s to clean the apartment. She said wait, let me make a phone call and stepped outside. She didn’t say she doesn’t know what to do and that she has to leave. When she left, she forgot her key on my kitchen table, came back up to my apartment without being accompanied and started knocking on my door and pressing the door bell like a crazy woman. My neighbors came out to see what was going on as she caused a scene. I stepped outside right after she left and so my roommate was the one that was being harassed and embarrassed and wouldn’t let her in bcos i was already out. Their cleaner then went downstairs to the leasing office and started telling the apartment managers what have happened and was asking if they could open my unit to let her into my apartment for her to take her car key 🤦🏼‍♀️. The guy (the boss) that I’ve been chatting with on the app then sent me a message covering for her online to say that she suddenly feel sick. That’s why she had to leave and couldn’t clean my apartment. Why would you send a sick cleaner to my apartment in the first place??? It doesn’t make sense do NOT ever hire this people. #NIGHTMARE😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨
